
No-Bake Peanut Butter Pie
A rich, creamy, no-fuss dessert that combines the smooth taste of peanut butter with a buttery graham cracker crust—no oven required!
🛒 Ingredients:
For the Crust:
1 ½ cups graham cracker crumbs
¼ cup granulated sugar
½ cup unsalted butter, melted
For the Filling:
8 oz cream cheese, softened
1 cup creamy peanut butter
1 cup powdered sugar
1 teaspoon vanilla extract
1 ½ cups whipped topping (like Cool Whip)
Optional Toppings:
½ cup whipped topping or whipped cream
¼ cup chopped peanuts

1️⃣ Prepare the Crust:
In a medium bowl, mix graham cracker crumbs, sugar, and melted butter until evenly combined.
Press firmly into the bottom and sides of a 9-inch pie dish.
Refrigerate for 30 minutes to set.
2️⃣ Make the Filling:
In a large bowl, beat together cream cheese, peanut butter, powdered sugar, and vanilla until smooth and creamy.
Gently fold in the whipped topping until fully combined.

Spread the filling evenly into the prepared crust.
