Fresh cilantro ๐ŸŒฟ

Instructions:
1. Season the shrimp:
In a medium bowl, toss the shrimp with olive oil, chili powder, paprika, cumin, garlic powder, cayenne (if using), salt, pepper, and lime juice. Let it marinate for 10โ€“15 minutes for maximum flavor.

2. Make the slaw:
In a large bowl, combine cabbage, carrots, onion, and cilantro. Drizzle with lime juice and olive oil, then season with salt and pepper. Toss well and set aside to chill.

3. Prepare the creamy sauce:
Whisk together sour cream, mayonnaise, sriracha, lime juice, and garlic powder in a small bowl. Adjust spice to your liking. Chill until ready to use.

4. Cook the shrimp:
Heat a skillet over medium-high heat. Add shrimp in a single layer and cook for 2 minutes per side, until pink and slightly charred. Remove from heat immediately to avoid overcooking.

5. Assemble the tacos:
Warm your tortillas. Add a spoonful of slaw, top with a few shrimp, drizzle with creamy sauce, and finish with avocado slices, cilantro, and a squeeze of lime.

6. Serve & enjoy:
Arrange on a platter, add extra sauce on the side, and dig in while theyโ€™re fresh and hot!

Tips & Variations:
โœ… Use grilled shrimp for extra smoky flavor.
โœ… Swap shrimp for fish, chicken, or tofu for variety.
โœ… Add mango salsa or pineapple for a tropical twist.
โœ… Double the creamy sauce โ€” itโ€™s so good, youโ€™ll want extra!
