12 oz (340g) spaghetti, linguine, or penne pasta
2 tablespoons olive oil
3 cloves garlic, minced
1 pint (2 cups) cherry tomatoes, halved

Salt & black pepper, to taste
For the Sauce & Topping:
½ cup freshly grated Parmesan cheese
¼ cup reserved pasta water

Instructions:
1. Cook the pasta:
Bring a large pot of salted water to a boil. Cook pasta according to package instructions until al dente. Reserve ¼ cup pasta water, then drain and set aside.
2. Sauté the garlic & tomatoes:

3. Add the spinach:
