Ingredients:

8 oz cream cheese, softened
1 cup lump crab meat
2 green onions, chopped
1 tsp garlic powder
Instructions:

Prepare the Filling:
In a medium bowl, mix the softened cream cheese, lump crab meat, chopped green onions, and garlic powder until well combined.

Shape the Bombs:
Using your hands or a spoon, shape the mixture into small balls, about 1 inch in diameter. Place them on a baking sheet lined with parchment paper and chill in the refrigerator for 20-30 minutes.

Coat the Bombs:
Set up a breading station with three bowls: one with flour, one with beaten eggs, and one with breadcrumbs. Roll each chilled crab Rangoon bomb in flour, dip it in the egg, and then coat it with breadcrumbs.

Cook the Bombs:
Heat oil in a deep fryer or large skillet over medium-high heat. Once the oil is hot, fry the coated bombs in batches until golden brown and crispy, about 2-3 minutes per side. Remove them with a slotted spoon and place them on a paper towel-lined plate to drain excess oil.

Serve:
Serve the Crab Rangoon Bombs warm with your favorite dipping sauce, such as sweet chili sauce or soy sauce. Enjoy the creamy, crispy bites of flavor!
