
Brown Sugar Baked Pork Chops

🛒 Ingredients
4 thick-cut pork chops (about 1 inch thick)
4 tbsp brown sugar, packed
4 tbsp butter
1 tbsp soy sauce
1 tbsp Worcestershire sauce
👨🍳 Instructions
1️⃣ Preheat & Prep
Preheat oven to 350°F (175°C).
Lightly grease a baking dish and lay pork chops in a single layer.
2️⃣ Flavor the Chops
Sprinkle 1 tbsp brown sugar on each pork chop.
Place 1 tbsp butter on top of each chop.
Drizzle soy sauce and Worcestershire sauce evenly over all chops.
3️⃣ Bake
Cover the dish tightly with foil and bake for 40 minutes.
4️⃣ Uncover & Finish
Remove foil and bake for 20 more minutes, until pork chops are golden brown and sauce is caramelized and bubbling.
5️⃣ Rest & Serve
Let chops rest for 5 minutes before serving.
