Ingredients:

For the Chicken:

1 tsp smoked paprika

1 cup all-purpose flour

½ cup cornstarch

Salt & pepper, to taste

½ cup mayonnaise

¼ cup sweet chili sauce

2 tbsp sriracha (adjust to taste)

1 tbsp honey

For the Sliders:

12 soft slider buns

2 cups shredded lettuce or cabbage

Pickles (optional for tang)

Green onions or cilantro, for garnish

Instructions:

1. Marinate the chicken:
In a bowl, combine buttermilk, garlic powder, onion powder, smoked paprika, salt, and pepper. Add chicken pieces, toss to coat, and marinate for at least 30 minutes (or overnight for deeper flavor).

2. Prepare the sauce:
Whisk together mayonnaise, sweet chili sauce, sriracha, and honey until smooth and creamy. Refrigerate until ready to use.

3. Coat the chicken:
In a shallow bowl, mix flour and cornstarch. Remove chicken from marinade and dredge each piece in the flour mixture, pressing lightly to ensure a crispy coating.
