🍽️ Servings: 4

Ingredients:

1 medium head cauliflower, cut into bite-sized florets

1 cup all-purpose flour (or gluten-free flour)

1 cup milk (dairy or plant-based)

1 tsp garlic powder

1 tsp onion powder

½ tsp paprika

½ tsp salt

¼ tsp black pepper

1 cup buffalo sauce (store-bought or homemade)

1 tbsp melted butter (optional, for richer flavor)

Fresh parsley or green onions, chopped (for garnish)

For Serving:

Ranch or blue cheese dressing

Celery sticks

Carrot sticks

Instructions:

1. Prep the cauliflower:
Wash and cut cauliflower into evenly sized florets so they cook evenly.

2. Make the batter:
In a large mixing bowl, whisk together flour, milk, garlic powder, onion powder, paprika, salt, and black pepper until smooth.

3. Coat the florets:
Dip each cauliflower floret into the batter, shaking off excess, then place on a parchment-lined tray.

4. Air fry until crispy:
Preheat your air fryer to 375°F (190°C). Arrange battered cauliflower in a single layer in the basket (work in batches if needed). Cook for 12–15 minutes, flipping halfway through, until golden and crispy.

5. Toss in buffalo sauce:
In a large bowl, mix buffalo sauce with melted butter (if using). Add hot cauliflower and toss until fully coated.

6. Garnish & serve:
Sprinkle with parsley or green onions and serve immediately with ranch or blue cheese dip, celery, and carrots.

Tips & Variations:

✅ Make it vegan by using plant-based milk and skipping the butter.
✅ Add extra heat by mixing cayenne pepper into the batter.
✅ Try BBQ or teriyaki sauce instead of buffalo for a fun twist.
✅ Keep leftovers crisp by reheating in the air fryer for 3–4 minutes.
