⏱️ Prep Time: 20 minutes | Cook Time: 15 minutes
🍽️ Servings: 8–10 buns

Ingredients:

For the Chicken Filling:

1 lb (450g) boneless chicken breast or thighs, diced

1 tablespoon olive oil or butter

1 small onion, finely chopped

2 cloves garlic, minced

1 tablespoon soy sauce

1 tablespoon hot sauce (adjust to taste)

1 teaspoon paprika

½ teaspoon chili flakes (optional, for extra heat)

Salt & black pepper, to taste

½ cup cream cheese, softened

1 cup shredded mozzarella or cheddar cheese

2 tablespoons mayonnaise

For the Buns:

8–10 medium bread buns or dinner rolls (store-bought or homemade)

2 tablespoons butter, melted (for brushing)

1 teaspoon garlic powder (optional, for topping)

Fresh parsley or chives, chopped (for garnish)

Instructions:

1. Cook the chicken:
Heat olive oil in a skillet over medium heat. Add diced chicken and cook until lightly browned, about 6–7 minutes. Stir in onions and garlic, cooking until fragrant. Season with soy sauce, hot sauce, paprika, chili flakes, salt, and pepper. Cook until chicken is fully done and coated in flavor.

2. Make it cheesy:
Remove skillet from heat and stir in cream cheese, mayonnaise, and shredded mozzarella until the mixture becomes creamy and gooey. Set aside to cool slightly.

3. Prep the buns:
Preheat oven to 350°F (175°C). Slice the top of each bun and hollow out a little space in the center to hold the filling.

4. Stuff the buns:
Fill each bun generously with the cheesy chicken mixture. Place the stuffed buns in a greased baking dish or on a lined baking sheet.

5. Bake to perfection:
Brush tops with melted butter and sprinkle lightly with garlic powder. Bake for 12–15 minutes, or until the buns are golden and the cheese filling is bubbling.

6. Garnish & serve:
Sprinkle with fresh parsley or chives and serve warm. Pair them with a crisp salad or fries for a complete meal!
