Ingredients:
For the Chicken:
1 lb (450g) boneless, skinless chicken breasts (or thighs)
2 tbsp olive oil
2 cloves garlic, minced
1 tsp paprika
1/2 tsp garlic powder
1/2 tsp onion powder
Salt and pepper, to taste
For the Wraps:
4 large flour tortillas
1 1/2 cups shredded mozzarella cheese (or cheddar)
1/2 cup cream cheese (softened)
1/4 cup ranch or garlic sauce
1 cup fresh spinach or lettuce
1 tomato, thinly sliced
1/4 small red onion, sliced thin
For Finishing:
2 tbsp butter (for toasting the wraps)
Extra garlic powder + parsley for garnish
Instructions:
1. Cook the chicken:
Heat olive oil in a skillet over medium heat. Add garlic and sauté until fragrant (about 1 minute). Season chicken with paprika, garlic powder, onion powder, salt, and pepper. Cook 6–8 minutes per side until golden and fully cooked through. Remove from pan, let rest for 5 minutes, then slice thinly.
2. Prepare the wraps:
Spread a thin layer of cream cheese over each tortilla. Drizzle with ranch or garlic sauce. Add fresh spinach, sliced tomato, and red onion. Place sliced chicken on top, then sprinkle generously with shredded cheese.
3. Fold & toast:
Fold the tortillas tightly into wraps. In a clean skillet, melt butter and sprinkle with garlic powder. Toast wraps on each side for 2–3 minutes until golden and crispy, with cheese melted inside.
4. Serve & enjoy:
Slice each wrap in half and garnish with fresh parsley. Serve warm with extra dipping sauce on the side (ranch, garlic mayo, or even marinara).
