crockpot brown sugar balsamic glazed pork tenderloin

Ingredients

  • 2 pounds pork tenderloin
  • 1 teaspoon sage
  • 1/2 teaspoon salt
  • 1/4 teaspoon pepper
  • 1 clove garlic
  • 1/2 cup water
  • 1/2 cup brown sugar
  • 1 tablespoon corn starch
  • 1/4 cup balsamic vinegar
  • 1/2 cup water
  • 2 tablespoons soy sauce

How to Make It

Step 1

Mix together seasonings: salt, pepper and garlic. Rub over tenderloin. Place 1/2 C water n slow cooker and cook on low 6-8 hours.Step 2

1 hr before roast is finished mix together ingredients for glaze in small sauce pan: brown sugar, corn starch balsamic vinegar, water, soy sauce. Heat over med heat until it thickens about 4 minutes. Brush glaze over roast 2-3 ties during last hour. can broil for more caramelized crust.
