2 oz. Ghee butter (melted)
2 oz. Heavy cream
1 tbsp. Milk to your taste
Double espresso

2 oz. Keto-friendly sweetener of
your choice
1 tsp. Vanilla extract
A pinch of salt

  1. Add all ingredients to a small food processor and whi p at
    high speed unti l airy.
  2. Add sweetener to taste to taste.
  3. Pour i nto mol ds and refrigerate for 30 minutes (or more if
    you wish)
