1 cup quick oats
1/6 cup virgin coconut oil
¼ teaspoon pure vanilla extract
½ cup + 1 tablespoons peanut butter
1/6 cup cocoa powder
1/6 teaspoon salt
1/6 cup + 2 tablespoons pure agave, honey or maple syrup
1. Line a 9-inch square pan with parchment paper. Mix in syrup, peanut butter and
coconut oil. Heat oil till peanut butter and oil are melted till can be easily stir.
2. Whisk in salt and vanilla extract till smooth. Stir in cocoa powder and quick oats till
coated evenly. Smoothen into pan and press down hard with spoon. Freeze till set.
